By accessing or using VBallStars ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VBallStars provides psychological assessments, mood tracking, and performance analytics for volleyball athletes. The Platform is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychological treatment.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Not share your account with third parties.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform – including assessments, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software – is the exclusive property of VBallStars and is protected by copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting assessment responses, mood logs, or profile information, you grant VBallStars a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and display this content to you through the Platform.
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and service improvement.
• Backup and archive as necessary for service continuity.

7. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. VBallStars is not responsible for the content, products, or services of such third parties and does not endorse them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VBALLSTARS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of assessment results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VBALLSTARS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VBallStars, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time via the Profile page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
